The death of Bill Foster has shaken the warring super-human community, causing allegiances to shift. Sue Richards and her brother Johnny Storm are now dodging S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, and hiding in new civillian identities while Nighthawk and Stature have turned themselves in and registered.Spider-Man has also re-thought his position in the Civil War as a result of the prison built in the Negative Zone. He's secreted Aunt May and Mary Jane out of the tower, but Tony caught onto him before he could make his own mistake. Tony thinks he can bring Peter back if he can just talk to him for a moment, but Maria Hill overrides him, deciding to test the Thunderbolts.But Tony and Maria's decision to enlist super-powered criminals creates a new enemy for them... one who not only saves Spidey's life but may be able to get Cap's forces into the Negative Zone.
