Action Comics 1938 #344 - 2.5 - $3.99

Superman and Batman use a machine to temporarily switch bodies. Batman has no control over Superman's body, breaking some containers and exposing Superman's mind to red kryptonite before switching back to his own body. This results in Superman having some weird dreams focusing on Batman's villains.

While exploring space, Supergirl finds another planet that is similar to Earth, except that it is run by teens. She is tricked into running for President.
