The Man-Thing attacks Gladiator in the Florida swamp while Daredevil takes on the Death-Stalker and learns first hand about his icy touch of death. Daredevil and Rory are tied up in an old shack which the Gladiator tries to burn down around them. Man-Thing stops the Gladiator, but Death-Stalker escapes with Foggy's sister Candace.

Man-Thing's appearance here is around the same time as issues #10 and #11 of his own series but there is no reference in this comic to the continuity in that series. On-sale date from Comic Reader (Street Enterprises, 1973 series) #108, July 1974.
